Original idea: This is not good. I turned her upside down and only a pretty drop came out. I think there is more boarding somewhere in sex dolls. Use the same soap and water mixture to scrub her with a rag. Do the same for her internal orifice, sometimes putting a pretty loofah on the stick can help solve this problem.
Once she has dried from the hand sanitizer, if you really want to be 100% sure that everything is sterile, you can end the cleansing with UV light therapy. For the inner surface, a light bleach solution can be used without causing too much damage to the material.
